Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you call us, submit a service request through our website, or communicate with us by text or email. This includes your name and business name if applicable, your service address, your phone number and email address, a description of the work you need including any photographs you choose to send us, and payment information, which is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our systems.
When you call our business phone number, your call may be answered by an automated assistant and the call may be recorded. Recordings are retained as a record of what was requested and of any permission you gave during the call.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work at your property, communicate with you about that work, send appointment reminders, and bill you for services rendered.
Text messaging
If you give us permission, we may send you text messages about your service request and your appointments. This includes a link to our service request form and reminders about scheduled visits.
Permission is given either by submitting a request through our website or by verbally agreeing during a phone call with us. You can withdraw permission at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as scheduling and customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run our business — our scheduling and invoicing software, our payment processor, our phone and messaging providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that function. We do not sell your information.
We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as needed to service your property and to meet our tax and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ron@irrigationandlightingdoc.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our services are directed to property owners and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
