About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, our service request form, and the text messages we send you. By submitting a request or agreeing to receive messages from us, you accept them.
Service requests
Submitting a request through this website does not create a scheduled appointment. We review each request and contact you to confirm scheduling. Work is scheduled only after we have spoken with you.
Service call fee
Service visits carry a $135 service call fee. This fee is not refundable. It covers travel to your property, the diagnostic performed there, and the administrative time to schedule and document the visit. On a request for an installation quote, the fee is credited toward the installation if you proceed with the work.
Work outside the scope of an agreed quote is priced and approved before it proceeds.
Text messaging program
Program description. We send text messages relating to service requests and scheduled appointments, including a link to our service request form and appointment reminders.
How you enroll. You are enrolled when you provide your mobile number on our service request form, or when you verbally agree during a phone call with us to receive a text message at that number.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and we cannot guarantee delivery on every network.
Website content
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute a diagnosis of any condition at your property, and no diagnosis is made until a licensed technician has inspected the system in person.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website and our messaging program is limited to the amount you have paid us for services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
